The FOIA Branch handles all FOIA requests and appeals processing for the General Counsel's offices and Board-side offices in Headquarters and Regional Offices. In this respect, the Branch prepares responses to FOIA requests and appeals and prepares for distribution by the General Counsel Advice memoranda and related materials.
