The OS FOIA Officer responds to requests for the records of: Congressional and Legislative Affairs, Executive Secretariat and Regulatory Affairs, Indian Arts and Crafts Board, Intergovernmental and External Affairs, Interior Museum, Land Buy-Back Program for Tribal Nations, National Invasive Species Council, Secretary's Indian Water Rights Office, Strategic Sciences Group, Office of Policy Management and Budget, Office of Insular Affairs, Office of the Chief Information Officer, Office of Natural Resources Revenue, Interior Business Center, Secretary's Immediate Office, Deputy Secretary, Assistant Secretaries (with the exception of the Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs, whose requests are handled by the Bureau of Indian Affairs), Office of Aviation Services, Office of Communications, Office of Native Hawaiian Relations, and Office of Subsistence Management.  FOIA Reference Guide FOIA Regulations PRIVACY ACT ADVISORY If you choose to submit a request, regulations at 43 CFR, Part 2 authorize the collection of the information you provide in the FOIA request form. The information you provide is protected by Privacy Act Systems of Records Notice DOI—71: "Freedom of Information Request Files System—Interior" (81 FR 33544). The information you provide is used by Bureau/Office FOIA Offices to respond to your request for agency documents. Disclosures of this information within the Department may be made to program offices within the Bureau/Office to locate the documents you are seeking, to legal counsel, others within the agency to review the Bureau's/Office's proposed response to your request, and to any other parties within the agency with a need-to-know interest in your FOIA request. Disclosures of this information may also be made outside the Department to parties for purposes detailed in the Routine Uses section of Privacy Act System of Records Notice DOI—71.
